Made my mental health worse receptionist trying to tell u what prescription ur on when ur doctors have said differently absolute joke !

Always had great service until today. Trying to get and asthma review appointment is ridiculous! Now done over the phone, pointless and explanation given was, “things change”. Certainly not for the better I might add.

Dr Arafa is extremely knowledgable, informative and caring putting me at ease. I would highly recommend her services.

Agree with most of the previous reviews.Some staff helpful on the phone, but then you see the doctor and turn out they can`t or won`t refer you anywhere (that would be there job) not even checking you out what is wrong whit you, just give you medications a lot`s of it.Wales NHs have to change, or will fall apart very soon, and no patient left to treat at all.

Reception staff always helpful and supportive and friendly.Dr Z Razzak the best brilliant doctor.

Very poor hygiene and health procedures. Doctor as well as nurse did not use antiseptic, wash hands or wear gloves before drawing blood. Before which directly touching my arm. Unacceptable!

Worst doctors ever kind people but very bad service they don't sent u reminders of your appointments and its very hard to book appointments always been 2weeks late or 3weeks late and also I go through mental health I've been needing medicine and these guys just don't sound professional at all and all look confused bad service bad appointment times and bad for not giving reminders I'm change my doctors to be honest these guys don't care about there patients and very bad service wouldn't recommend with these lot.

Update.My experience has been that Brenden was happy to perform the surgery but has been relatively unresponsive for information, updates or any kind of aftercare even when there have been ongoing issues.My expectations were significantly higher and this fell short.

Doctor Uzoka is amazing, however my experience at this practice has been tainted several times by the manner in which the reception staff address me. Today I had an anxiety attack after visiting the practice to seek emergency advice for a friend whose medication hadn't been delivered and was met with lots of resistance when it turned out a simple internet search revealed the opening times of the pharmacy.As a patient who suffers with anxiety, I did not wear a mask as it causes me to have panic attacks. However the two people behind the counter did not care to ask, and instead seized on this as a reason to ask me to leave the practice. One of the receptionists in particular was extremely rude and spoke over me and asked me to leave because I wouldn't shut up to let her speak even though she had clearly entered the conversation without realising what it was about.They made me feel like a junkie who was trying to steal meds when all I wanted was advice. I can't help but think that if I was white, then the white woman who was talking to me without a mask would not have asked me to leave for not having a mask on. She may have even believed that I was trying to help my elderly neighbour after all. But instead she treated me like I was out of control, and as if I had broken in (the door was open), and she had the same sort of alarm in her voice as someone who believes they are dealing with an angry black man. Because I didn't shut up on command like a good little coloured person she kicked me out like a dog.Luckily the pharmacy opened shortly after anyway and I was able to sort my neighbours meds out and then calm myself down from the anxiety attack that occured just after I left the surgery. If not for the fact that I have an amazing doctor at this practice I would move, as this is not the first time reception staff have been rude and accused me of being aggressive when in actual fact I am just a tanned and tall man.

never seen such a place un helpful and takes a long time to get through on the phone . some staff are ok the others are on a a norther planet they are not switched on
