Secondary school (Germany)

Good school, great teachers, decent overall student behaviour, but terrible decisions on sanctions regarding tardiness.St Thomas More is a school that determines who you are and what you're capable of mainly from punctuality.Some students live close to the school, but some students live much much further.In my opinion, the school favours punctuality over grades and behaviour, making it hard for good students who are occasionally late.I'd definitely recommend this school to those who live close, but if you live far or your journey here requires constant change of transport, it's much better to find another school closer.

Sewell is the best in the worldwide

don't really recommend it. some teachers are nice and you can tell they care, the majority of them just don't. but overall it faces a big issue in regards to bullying or harassment amongst pupils. to be fair, some teachers do try. lots of kids vape, fights are common, lots of kids don't know how to use manners, (talking about 11-12 year olds), blah blah blah and it's just mediocre at best.

My child is currently in year 7 after starting in September and loves it. Made a lot of friends straight away and got into the swing of high school life easy. Had first parents evening recently and doing really well settling in. The school have been very understanding due to my other child being at another school and having to start at the same time. The staff are all nice and friendly and have nothing but kind words for my child. I’m glad I picked this school.

that school is awfull with consequenses being too severe and kids always leaving feeling miserable with teachers accusing the kids over the top

This school, oh god. most students here are amazing, but the rules are not. Tip for people who know the answer to a question: dont raise your hand, just look like you arent paying attention because youll always get chosen to answer a question. You can tell who teachers like because they will give someone a formal warning for whispering to a person about the subject. But the favourite students can shout out and not be told to; let alone be given anything. I would transfer if there were any other nearby schools to me.P.S. The year 7s vapeTL:DR: Please dont take your child to this school, its drained the life out of me
