Had a lovely day with our grandchildren, the approaching roads were very congested so allow extra time. We had only booked the play barn and evolution to eat. Kids had an amazing time playing then eating . You definitely need to pre book at least a week in advance to guarantee your times.

Absolutely shocking company. DO NOT COMMIT TO BUY !!I made the mistake of submitting my bank details after browsing their website at the beginning of December and before I committed to buy, I decided not to go through with the purchase of their extortionately priced goods (I am struggling single parent of 5 and in desperation and was trying to buy Christmas presents). However as I clicked my back button to return to previous page, the website seemed to freeze and kept returning me to the weekly price it would cost me !? To my absolute shock, I find debits from my bank account the week later and have continued to take payments to date !Emailed them immediately after first payment to cancel this so called order that should never have gone through anyway, to not get a single response back from them !! I blocked my card as it was card payments being taken, then they took directly from my bank !! And then charged me late fees !!? Not a single email to confirm the order or transaction receipt of this so called order has ever been received by me !!? Oh and surprise…. no goods either (not that I would accept them anyway)I have still never had a response about my emails asking for refund and cancellation of order ! I am still going through the dispute process with my bank to stop payments and refund me and still have had no communication from them!NO COMMUNICATION !ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS !

We've been in Birmingham resorts World for an event this week, we've found it to be absolutely fantastic. A really lovely location, with few eating places, and shops if the desire takes. The arena is really good, not whopping big but just right to feel close enough to the entertainment in any seat ... definitely would return here. Will check out future events so can come back for sure!!

Wow, what can I say. From the moment I enquired about the mattress to the moment it was delivered, the customer care I received was amazing. Heatons is where I will be doing my furniture shopping from now on, if you are reading this, you have no reason to look further. Special shout-out to Carolyn who is a credit to Heatons :)

It's a handy shopping centre. It use to be a very busy place but the big supermarkets have taken the trade off the small shops mow so less busy. .it does have alot of charity shops now.

Don't forget to get a ticket for parking even the free two hour's it slipped my mind and I just got back with shopping when I remembered. The attendant was there waiting. I'm so glad I got back in time and grateful the attendant waited a bit..

Dreadful. Many closed shops and pretty grubby. Overall an hopeless post-apocalyptic feel. An horde of zombies would not look out of place. In fact they might create a bit more interest. A truly awful place.

Only went to pet shop ,not a big fan of here ,parking is an issue as people use car park to go other places

Wife has been nagging me to take her here whenever weretvisiting Blackpool....well we travelled down a fortnight ago for our holiday and I visited here before heading to our digs. I was saddened to see the amount of closed or shut units in the outlet and was disappointed after we walked around the place. It is a busy place but it done nothing for me or my wife and with Fleetwood market closed we left to go to Blackpool after only an hour or so.
