Water purification company

After purchasing my new home I had been looking around for a while to purchase a water softener, drinking water and a Quooker tap however couldn’t find anyone who could provide all three products & services. I then came across Quality water systems who not only were amazing to speak to and really helpful but they were able to provide all three products and services. I spoke to Matt and his team at the beginning and throughout my installation journey also spoke to Susan and Mark who were super amazing and always took the time to explain everything to ensure that not only was I getting the right product and services but knew exactly how to use everything. It’s been over a year since I’ve had everything installed and Matt has just come back and kindly replaced the filter cartridges for my drinking water system. Not only did Matt change the cartridges but he even without me asking checked everything else just to make sure that the water softener and the Quooker tap was all perfectly fine. The service has been 10/10 from the minute I spoke to Matt to a year later when he came back to replace the cartridges and I would highly recommend Matt and his team at Quality water system.

Awesome company and staff. Very helpful, went above and beyond in fact to provide a solution do I can connect an in-line TDS meter to my first vessel that used with standard hozelock 3/4 in connectors.

I have always found this company really good over some years. They have improved their online presence as they email now to say when they are coming to do the windows and I pay online too. If I have had any problems ( and they are rare) they respond quickly and efficiently to get the glitch fixed. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

Always had good experiences with this Station water always at 0 this and good for windows . Its also reasonably priced and easy to get to . I hope you open one in walsall soon !!!

Terrible company. Had a unit for 4 years with them and they are still chasing me for more money even though I asked them to take the machine away and paid all bills up to that date. They are demanding another years payment! Extortion.

Use this every 10 days or so. Fantastic facility

I have been using Chris from Aquamaster Water Treatment for several years and after just having him back to my house to service my water softener and reverse osmosis pure drinking water systems earlier this week I have to comment on yet another ist class service and thought I would put it in writing which may help others who need help and adviceHe is always polite clean and courteous gets the job done efficiently and does not try to “rip you off” by overcharging or telling you that Thera are other issues that need to be charged for ( unlike some companies)Would definitely recommend him to anyone either thinking of installing water treatment products or repairs and serviceThanks again

The access to the the pump is easy, the only downside is that you are allowed 15 min free access (the car park is pay and display with cameras) so if the pump is already in use it is best to wait outside the car park
