Great little shop, lots of stock, especially strong on scenics, foreign makers, models etc. Good range of trains too. Lovely friendly staff. Easy to reach just off the M62. Recommended.

Called ahead, lady on the phone lovely and really helpful, arrived at shop after a 40 minute drive to be told by an older male member of staff, strongly and in no uncertain terms that my mask exemption (laminated Hidden disabilities flowery lanyard) was not sufficient, a mask was offered by the member of staff but that isn't really the point of exemption. He explained that he wears a mask even though he is exempt and I guess that's his choice. I'm sure it would have been a great little place if I could get passed the doorway. All in all, a bit of a wasted journey for me. Two stars instead of one because the lady was pleasant on the phone but it would have been nice to know in advance of their intolerance to mask exemption.. shame all round, we all lost.

I made a small online order and the goods were well-wrapped and delivered quickly. I live too far away to visit this shop but if looking for something hard to find I would definitely contact this business first on the off chance they may have it. 5-star service. Thank you.

We had a lovely afternoon enjoying the Norfolk Broads from the miniature steam train, travelling along the track bed of a former full size railway line. The journey is about an hour each way with lovely scenery. The station and footplate staff were very friendly. The cream tea at Aylsham station is very good.

I came across Ron Lines website during a Google search I made whilst looking for model railway items.The website was easy to navigate, there was a good range of products both new and pre owned, so I decided to purchase a few things I needed.The ordering process was easy.I received email confirmation of my order and shipping, and the items were delivered quickly. Visited shop Tuesday 12 September.Very good and friendly service. Good selection of new and second hand stock. Was nice to have somewhere for the wife to sit down while I was browsing.
