I had a bespoke garden office door made by Ochiltree. Excellent service by Neil and his team, and the quality of the door and frame, fitting and finishing is superb. Would definitely recommend Ochiltree!

Summerhouse delivered February 2023. Paid an extra £120 for them to oil both back panels. Arrived and a few faults on delivery, company sorted these out and then asked me to sign a disclaimer stating there would be no more visits to repair any issues. I agreed I was happy with the repairs to date however I amended the form to confirm my usual warranty would still be in place as the joiner that visited to carry out the repairs confirmed that this was the case.Summerhouse is now leaking in at back and to date there has been no further reply to emails from company. Door has also dropped meaning not only sticking when we try to open or close, but also now can’t be locked with the key as it’s out of alignment.Company did offer to uplift and refund back when the first problems became apparent, however I have had decking built around summerhouse, stained it .. installed lighting, purchased furniture etc and I said all I wanted was for the faults to be rectified as uplifting and refunding was going to mean the decking I have paid for etc was wasted (picture attached)My advice would be to be careful when looking at reviews made at the time of delivery as my summerhouse that I paid £2k for less than 3 months ago is now leaking in at the back and I can’t lock the door. No reply yet on these issues from the company which I emailed over 2 weeks ago.

Sherborne Windows supplied and fitted our new windows, including removing 3 courses of bricks to enlarge one window. Although we were away on holiday during the installation time, we felt confident that they would do a good job and we were not disappointed. There were a few minor issues that needed to be sorted after our return, but they were done willingly and well. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Got several large canvases stretched from a holiday in Bali. Paid a bit more than I thought it might be however the result was perfect. Still on my walls at home and still looking amazing. Friendly service, great posters and good service. A1 Highly recommend

This is a genuine unbiased appraisal. These panels are top quality, very good looking and sturdy. I bought from these suppliers- Westwood- and erected myself .The delivery was excellent and valuable advice given as well, for me to do the job correctly (little tips that made all the difference).These panels were only a little more cost than the standard prices but far superior in strength and appearance and have already withstood strong gusts and gales whilst previous 'Superstore' ones at end of garden are bending and buckling all over the place.Family business- I highly recommend. They also have a friendly skilled and experienced person (who delivered for me) to do the job if you so need.(I spent some time and trouble to find GOOD panels as the wind ploughs through here)
