Horrendous company. Their only concern is to get your rent money. I've been on hold for 1hr and 5minutes still nothing..... Noprogress is more fitting of a name.

I worked with Veronica on the deliverance of domestic abuse training for faith leaders, she is an excellent facilitator with the ability to engage audiences to discuss a difficult topic in a calm and informative manner. She is passionate about what she does and after I attended the training I am much more confident on the topic. I would highly recommend her services.

Progress housing group have always gradually, made all necessary repairs and refurbishments in the kitchen and bathroom in good time. That's at the sheltered housing flat on South Hey. Also updated things like loft insulation. Only gripe are the outdated, inefficient, expensive storage heaters that is either too cold or too hot, and no control. Hope it's not too long before the heating system is updated. But thank you for all the work that has been done.

Excellent service! The leadership training is thorough. This is a trustworthy service and the referral process is extremely service. I would highly recommend this service to victims and their children who have been affected by domestic abuse.

Beware ladies esp. if you have children, many have left this place worse than when they arrived.Thankfully there are now other organisations in the city that can help.

Terrible organisation. I genuinely wanted to help other women affected by war. Impossible to send a letter to my sponsored sister which took 3 months to set up even though they had taken my money. I have no progress reports, for all I know they have just pocketed my money. So sad as I was hoping to make a difference to someone.
