My husband went to this shop to purchase a fully adjustable bath board. He took a drawing of the bath with full measurements. They only had one and he was told it was fully adjustable along the length of the board. However once sold it would be non returnable for health and hygiene reasons. On arriving home he discovered that the board was not fully adjustable and would therefore not fit the bath. I phoned the shop and spoke to the sales person who denied telling my husband that it was fully adjustable. My husband is a design engineer so his measurements were accurate. He also is not a liar. We could have purchased one online with a full description of adjustable, but we like to support local shops but on this occasion we were let down.

Went to Millercare in search of several items and had the good fortune to deal with Jonathan.He listened to our requirements, was very knowledgeable about each product that we enquired about and helped us to choose things suitable for our Mum's needs.The only negative is that the prices seemed a little higher than shopping online, however, for us it was well worth paying a little extra for the guidance and being able to see / handle products.A huge positive is that Jonathan didn't put us under any pressure to purchase anything.

Initial visit from Denise and Claire, they talked me the whole process and put me completely at ease. After discussing my best options I ordered a power chair from them.Denise delivered the chair and make sure it was all perfect for me and answered any other questions I had about the chair. A very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend. Very friendly and professional. A very happy customer.

Very helpful. They advised on the potential problems with my mums scooter. Came out, collected it, fixed and returned it within a couple of days. Friendly, reliable and knowledgeable. What more do you need.

I took my Nan here the other day to have a look around and we ended up buying a scooter. My Nan hasn’t been out in a while, she has felt like she hasn’t had any independence at all for a good while. Now she has a scooter she feels like the world is her oyster again! We received amazing service from Nathan and Nick, felt like we was being listened to and what her needs were. We wasn’t forced to buy anything. We’ve been to other mobility shops before but didn’t receive the same service as here.
