I recently had my walls coated with Pro Perla by ITC and since then have noticed I’ve been saving on my energy bills. Really impressed with how professional they were from start to finish!

They have been very helpful with a couple areas of work.Firstly we needed an urgent flat roof survey for our neighbours who were selling their flat. They arranged everything really quickly and provided the report promptly.Secondly we needed someone to Bitumen covering on our external stairs. The works were being paid for by our insurance company and the company were being less than helpful with agreeing the costs. Over a period of a year we had to keep asking for updated quotations for the insurance company. RJ Evans were very patient with us and provided the quotations without any issues.Once we had the everything agreed by our insurance company we were able to book the works in very quickly. They turned up on the day the said they would start the works and carried them out within the timescales stated. Everything has been finished to a good standard.

Kennie attempted to fix a leaking roof. The roof still leaks and Kennie ignores my phone calls, text messages and emails as I would like him to return to fix the job. I paid him in excess of £3,000 which is now a complete waste of money. I recommend to not use KMC/Kennie! He is unprofessional and untrustworthy. I am really disappointed and can not believe he ignores me! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Emily Weaver came to see me, as I had a damp patch on an external wall. She was very friendly and lovely. Emily identified that it wasn't damp, it was condensation.I would definitely recommend using this company.

Josh, Adrian and Archie did a wonderful job of repairing all the lead, brickwork, guttering on my balcony and laying a beautiful decking. They went above and beyond in every respect. Extremely, courteous, easy to talk to and brilliant problem-solvers. Can't rate them highly enough.

Timber wise were excellent and I would throughly recommend them. Great staff especially Gerordie and Mistry. Clean and tidy job thank you .

Sebastian and team did a fantastic job doing a significant structural and refitting project in our new house. The project involved removal of two structural walls, installation of a structural box beam, full electrical/plumbing fit-out and kitchen installation and decoration -- 3 months of work.From the start, Sebastian demonstrate his experience, understanding of our vision, and clearly had an experienced and professional team to do the job. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Diligent Developments and will be using them in the future!
