Wanted to say a big THANK YOU. To the lovely Foxcotte team, for taking such great care of our Misty having her spade yesterday.Such a kind & caring team & we always know our pets are in great hands.She is back to her happy self today & we can’t thank the team enough.Picture for cuteness.

Alisdair and Amy have been amazing when 2 of my dogs were very sick.they are always going the extra mile and so does the whole team.

I am speechless at the behaviour of a nurse by the name of Claire whilst speaking on the telephone with her. I asked if the call was being recorded and she replied no and carried on being rude and offensive. At the end of the day my dog is in pain and does not appear to be getting better, all I asked for was help understanding the root of the problem, then to be asked (sarcastically) why we left our previous vets, were we unhappy with them too. (If any of my staff had spoken to a client in this manner, I would see that as my error for not recognising the lack of training as when you take a call in your place of work you are representing and speaking on behalf of the company. My girls always treated clients with respect and if a client was upset, the girls would use their training to behave in a professional manner and work to a win win scenario not inflame the situation) Claire then went on to say if you don't like the way I am speaking to you

My dog has recently been treated for an eye ulcer. Really happy that I could get an appointment quickly and easily. Staff are nice and the vet, Raymond Fitzpatrick, very knowledgable and good with her.

Got my male cat neutered here and sent him with a blanket in which was my toddler sons, when we came to get him he was sent home with clearly another animals blanket different material and smelt of bad wet dog, only to discover my house cat who has never been around another animal or outside before and after this visit has a bad flea infestation!! Rang and reported it to the vets which they are telling me they use their own blankets but I know this isn’t true as I sent him with my sons blanket and he came back with clearly another animals one. I am now trying to treat a home with a toddler and a newborn on the way with not a bit of help or support offered from city vets. I have had to ring 3 times now to have my cats history sent to another vet and myself which they still have failed to do! Would advise anyone to avoid at all costs!!

We travelled an hour with our cat and when we arrived they had all our details and we were offered a cuppa which was very welcome indeed. The staff were absolutely fantastic, very friendly, kept us up to date on how they were doing as they were busy and cover a very wide area out of normal working hours. I wish they were closer, I’d use them as my regular vets.

Was very panicky/upset when my cat was in desperate need of medical attention, fortunately they were able to see him straight away! The lady at reception was very kind and helpful. Unfortunalty our cat didn't make it and had to be put to sleep. We have just received a lovely sympathy card from the team which is such a thoughtful thing for them to do. Thankyou

A modern practice with a young, knowledgeable and enthusiastic team. I'm very happy with the service I've received over the past year for our four year-old rescue dog. The Paws Club" is a great money-saving initiative. Would recommend!"
