Took my phone in and they replaced my screen.He Took the sim card out and when I came back, he tried to tell me there was no sim card in the phone when I took it in. He eventually 'found the sim' only for me to realise he had put the wrong sim card back in my phone - CROOKS! Don't go in there!

highly recommend infinite vapour! their products are really good, delivery was super fast, but more to the point, the support i received over the phone was outstanding!i had real trouble adjusting to my kangertech, as its much more technical than any other vape i've used. the man who helped me over the phone, spent half an hour plus talking me through how to set up the coil, and get the vape working properly. he had loads of good advice, and basically he couldn't of been more helpful or pleasant.when we buy things on the internet, often it feels impersonal, but not with this company. they were brilliant! thank you infinite vapour!

Was very impressed with this shop, wasn’t going to quit smoking but after browsing some of the products and a convo with the owner he pointed out some things I would like, anyway today is my 20th day no smoking and couldn’t thank Jonny enough for his help! I’ve already saved £86 on tobacco! This shop has really helped me kick the habit! brilliant shop with a large variety of flavours and vapes and top notch knowledge from the owner. This is now my go too for all my vaping needs.

Actually I don't even want to select a single star only for this store at mayors walk the rest others are good. Most of the time product are been run out of date and the stock is always less. Worst store. I wish I could give minus.

A very disappointing and transactional experience. I greeted the shop-keeper (mother) with a happy good morning" but got nothing back! Advised I was completing a Hermes return but only had a QR Code. Shop-keeper presumed I knew how to use the printer which I didn't. It was only after my tonality changed she attempted to navigate
