We were let down by another local firm and Hamid from SEC came to the rescue, he came out the same day we called and took measurements for our wall removal, and delivered our calculations a full 24 hours ahead of our agreed timeframe. Some of the best service I've had from any professional services company I can highly recommend.

Very poor communication, original plans complete metal frame for a 3 meter infill extension with a 2m square lantern!!!!.Had to ask if he had heard of c24 timber!!!!!Tried to contact when started extension because of building control issues. No reply.Don't bother with this firm!!!!

Absolutely fantastic service. I went to Carley Daines (David Middleton) to discuss a structural problem with a floor in a ground floor apartment. This was a delicate issue which put a hold on a property sale. Despite this being a relatively small job, David handled everything exceptionally well and quickly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Carley Daines to anyone.
