South African restaurant

Waited to be seated a while when restaurant was empty, we were told it is 30 min wait for food, we waited 35 which is absolutely fine. Restaurant was dirty, no one cleans the tables and sweeping the floor, toiler tissue flying around but staff walking past ignoring it

Probably the 3rd time I've been into a Nandos now. Overall not bad, but had to wait 45 mins for a table. When we got seated, we were told we had to order via the app, which was not an easy task and took about 20mins.A fair few of the dishes on the menu were not available, so 2 out of 3 of is didn't get what we initially wanted. However, the food we did get was pretty decent, and no complaints there. Overall OK, without being great.

Had our dinner here last week. Biggest Nando I've ever been too. Food came out so quick, I don't even think I'd took my jacket off. Lovely food, lovely staff. Will go again. Avoid match days

We selected rice and fries as our sides along with a whole platter. Their courtesy was excellent. Their employees are always willing to assist. The dish was prepared with care and to perfection. This dish receives a rating of 4.5 stars from me. I shouldn't forget their gelado ice cream. It was delicious, especially the amazing coconut flavour.

Staff are really friendly, with food served in a very speedy time. Really good choice especially for lunch on weekdays.

Me and my partner shared a boneless platter it was only the 2 of us and my partner has never been to Nando’s before. He got to experiment with different flavours of the sauces with the chicken. The chicken was juicy and nicely cooked. We had 4 different sides to have. Whiles my partner experimented. We got a seat right at the front near the window which was nice. Service wasn’t much. As you can use your phone to Order, so don’t have much to do with the service. It was busy and the atmosphere at the time was good.

I guess Nando’s is British’s favorite restaurant to eat about chicken. Nando’s has good taste, crispy for the chicken, big size chicken breast (for me). Will try another their menu if I come back to UK.

Dear Management,I am writing to express my disappointment with the service experience encountered during our visit to Nando's South Ruislip, which has been a cherished dining destination for our family.Unfortunately, our recent visit was marred by an unpleasant encounter with a staff member named Aarleah, who was responsible for taking our order at the front desk. Regrettably, Aarleah's demeanor was perceived as rude, arrogant, and dismissive, leading to a significant degradation in our dining experience ( she even threw our Nando’s reward card on to the table without returning it to us courteously) Her treatment of customers was highly unprofessional and contrary to the service standards we have come to expect from Nando's.The concerning aspect is the apparent tolerance of such behavior by the branch management. I am puzzled as to why individuals exhibiting such demeanor are retained in customer-facing roles. Even if Aarleah's responsibilities extend beyond the front desk, her attitude could potentially influence other team members negatively, impacting overall service quality.I strongly urge a review of the CCTV footage pertaining to our visit, which occurred between 9:20 PM and 9:30 PM (as indicated on our receipt timestamped at 9:25 PM). While Branch Manager Sandy was not available during our visit, I conveyed my dissatisfaction to the acting manager present at the time.I am a loyal patron of Nando's and would like to emphasize that such encounters tarnish the brand's reputation and may dissuade customers from returning. I sincerely hope that proactive measures are taken to address this issue and prevent similar occurrences in the future.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that swift and appropriate action will be taken to maintain the high standards of service synonymous with the Nando's brand.

Disgusting place I have ever been to I’m on the table from last 37 minutes and no one is even bothered to take my order. I think the owner needs to hire a new team.

Went here yesterday for a late lunch and was happy to see that there was no wait time and we were immediately seated. The place was well organized, the sauce bottles clean and sufficient in number and clean cutlery. I wanted to try the new items they introduced in their menu and ordered for the chicken thighs in pitta bread with piri chips and garlic bread as sides. Food came out quick and hot and I loved all of it! Unfortunately, the veg menu was not all that great and needed seasoning and more flavour (had taken the halloumi cheese and mushroom burger with peas and grain sides). The staff were a bit aloof, which was odd but probably because of the time of the day. Nevertheless, I would like to come back for the chicken.
