Gillens have always delivered same day. Extremely kind and helpful.

Friendly service, great delivery, excellent communication and more importantly good logs. No size issues. Will leave to season outside for a week out of the bulk bag. Will be ordering again and I am glad I have found a good local supplier.

Rackhams is a fantastic local business with a wide variety of treats, feed and supplies for every kind of animal. They also sell coal, firewood, water softener salt etc.I have used them for both small and larger orders; you can buy in bulk to save money and order in advance. Prices are competitive, although there may be occasions where you can find stuff cheaper online.What makes Rackhams a five star business is the setting and customer service; the team are very friendly and will always load your car for you which helps with bulk orders.

My first order of logs and kindling arrived early this morning with Walter and his buddy calling first to make sure the early delivery was ok for me. What a brilliant company and team. The logs are fabulous and delivery was excellent. From the phone order with Kirsty late last week to delivery this morning the whole experience is seamless. Logs were carried and stacked in my garage, the guys full of smiles and were so professional. I paid when I ordered and Walter passed me my full invoice and receipt and the free sample of wood firelighters. I won't go anywhere else for burner wood now. Can't recommend highly enough. Just took delivery of seasoned logs for my log burner. Great quality logs, and excellent customer service. Very helpful delivery driver as well. Will certainly use Four Seasons again.
