Smoke shop

Was in Liverpool over a weekend and got recommended this place by a friend. The service was outstanding. The guy that served me knew what he was talking about. He offered to try repair my old device for free. I landed up buying the Pulsar RoK on his recommendation. Never been happier with it. Also chucked in a bunch of freebies too. The shop is well stocked with all your smoking needs. I'll definitely be back. Thanks guys!

Food amazing 10/10, cocktails amazing 10/10, shisha right on river thames 10/10. Staff made sure we were well looked after, perfect spot for date night! Defo recommend and defo be going back

Best shop for road man in north west

Where to begin... so we booked the Waterfront and sat inside because it was chilly outside. We had a booking for 20:30. Staff were very welcoming and friendly and we looked through the menu for quite a while before someone took our order. We ordered the sushi which had dynamite shrimp. It was ok but took forever to arrive , we had to remind the waiter and he then went to find out where it was. Then someone came to us to say last orders were at 10pm, no idea why they were letting us know that as the mains we had ordered still hadn't arrived at this point. Eventually they came at 22:30. How ridiculous! We had the beef burger and my husband ordered the fish. His fish portion was quite small and my burger was freezing cold and horrible tasting so I sent it back. I just ate the badly made chips , which were oily. Horrible food / experience. Overrated rubbish, would definitely not recommend.

Worst place for a shisha or food I've ever seen. I was waiting in line to be seated for around 15 minutes, then spoke to a guy who said they'll find me a seat. 5 minutes later the people behind us end up getting seats before us. I told one of the staff members who noticed, he shouted at his staff members for not tending to us, then found us some seats, but went storming off without giving us a menu. We waited around 45 minutes in which time we spoke to different staff members asking for a menu. After a while I ask the people who were making the shisha is it okay if we just get 1 shisha pipe with any flavour doesn't matter which one... They replied we don't do shisha at this time of night as they are too many orders...It was clear they couldn't handle the workload of a normal shisha lounge, and the staff were painfully horrible and ignored everything we asked for even if it was a menu, I still didn't receive a menu in the hour that I was there. Can you believe going to restaurant and asking for a menu then not receiving any. I understand not getting food, but not getting a menu...To call itself a shisha lounge or a restaurant is a mockery to those who actually are.
