Septic tank service

My wife and I would like to thank CSG for coming out on a bank holiday weekend, during covid-19 lockdown.Our septic tank was overflowing and we were in a panic. I was showering with the hose in the garden and we had few options thanks to social distancing. CSG didn't overcharge and came round promptly.

Fantastic service from Amanda and Barry. We were a first time customer and first time emptying a septic tank. Amanda and Barry were both lovely and very patient, explaining the process from top to bottom. Barry talked us through everything on the day and it was great to learn.Friendly reliable service with integrity. 100% recommend!

We are building contractors and we have a large commercial job on in Liverpool city center, we had an emergency on an adjacent property that seemed to be linked to our project. Metro rod where onsite within a few hours and managed to determine the issue was nothing to do with our works, they then helped us to resolve the issue for the landlord and help get the property back open for business on a busy Friday afternoon. Left it a bit late but CSG got to me in a few days. Will, the driver, was fantastic, had a good chat while it was being pumped out. No mess, no fuss, too service. Super friendly on the phone too.Can’t recommend them enough.

We were having problems with smells at a customers house and we traced it to their treatment plant. I gave CPD a call as they were local and discovered they are a new business, but after speaking discovered they have so much experience. They came out and found that the air wasn’t getting in and the plant had stagnated. It was a broken pipe which was repaired there and then. The engineer explained how everything works and 2 days later the smells have completely gone. I will definitely recommend them to others.

I requested some details to be finished in a particular way and they were prepared to put in the extra effort required to do the job right. Their expertise has resulted in the manhole cover on the sewage treatment plant, which was installed in a steeply sloping drive, being left with only requiring to be raised 8mm further by the block paver to align with the blocks - a fantastic achievement.Every interaction I had with Mantair whether by phone, email or in person was courteous and honest.The whole management of the job from the initial scheduling through its execution was excellent.You should be proud of yourselves. It's so rare these days for a company to excel so highly in all areas of their business - well done.!

Arrived in less than an hour. Telephone staff great and Tom who came to cure my blocked drains was excellent. Made extra sure everything was right again before departing. Kept me informed the whole way through. Should I need drain services again I won't hesitate to call Metro Rod again.
