The company was recommended by a friend who had informed me how good these guys are.They had a really good knowledge of my bike, really friendly, came when they said they would and were well priced. Would definitely use them again.

Very helpful. They advised on the potential problems with my mums scooter. Came out, collected it, fixed and returned it within a couple of days. Friendly, reliable and knowledgeable. What more do you need.

I am saddened to have to write this review, but having voiced my concerns to Alaric, and receiving no resolution, I feel it's important that others know.I'm sure that Alaric does a commendable job of any work or maintenance that is routine and well defined. However, having taken my bike in three consecutive times with the same issue, and being told three times that the issue has resolved itself, only for it to reoccur each time, I have begun to seriously question Alaric's competence.The engine was intermittently cutting out, and more than once had had to be recovered by the RAC. Each time I took it to Alaric's workshop, and each time he assessed the bike, took it for a test ride, and told me that he could find no fault with it. Each time I took it home, and a ride or two later it would cut out on me.This ultimately led to the bike failing while I was riding to work. The bike went into a skid, as I had lost power at the worst possible moment, and I came off the bike. While I was unhurt, the bike had suffered damage to the left footpeg and brake handle. Noting that I was looking to sell the bike in the near future, this was even more frustrating.Alaric once again took a look at the bike and said it had no issues, and I took it out once more, only for the issue to happen yet again. This time, when the RAC recovery mechanic came to look at the bike, he took a look inside the fuse box and found a fuse that had partially melted. I was gobsmacked. I simply could not believe that a professional mechanic had not once checked inside the fusebox to check the fuses. In retrospect this should have been blindingly obvious to any half-competent mechanic. Engine cutting out suggests electrical problem. Checking the electrical system would naturally entail checking the fuses.The fact that I paid several hundred pounds for an issue to be looked at that was ultimately never found or fixed is a source of deep frustration for me. I will certainly never use Alaric again, and I would strongly suggest anyone with anything more unusual than an oil change or an MOT to look elsewhere.

Bought a Yuba spicy curry through a cycle to work scheme with eco move Bristol. They were very accommodating of the cycle to work scheme I had available to me, answered all my queries and kept me up to date with my order. My order had several complications that were outside of eco moves control but eco move went above and beyond in organising solutions from the companies at fault. My only criticism was the difficulty I'd sometimes have while attempting to contact the shop by phone (note that if the phone rings through and no one picks up you'll hear a phone line not active" message rather than a voicemail

I bought 2 scooters for my boys. They love them everything was explained properly on how to use them. The scooters were set at a speed sutable for my boys to enjoy safely and if any problems was given a contact number to phone to get them fixed or to change the settingsI would highly recommend these scooters.

The best service in Peterborough. I had flat tires on my scooter. Very quick help. Nice service. If I have a problem, I will definitely come back there.

I had my bike serviced here for the whole 3 years I was at university, consistently fantastic service - quick repairs, very fair prices (never once felt overcharged), and high quality work.

I have been here a number of times and Chris and Brett have taken excellent care of my bike. I like that they clearly explain what work needs to be done and how much it will be up front- simple! I would recommend these guys to anyone on two wheels. Many thanks to both of you.
