We are well impressed with the service we have received from both Hydropool Devon and Hydropool Bristol.Carl and Josh from Hydropool Devon have both been very helpful. Following my request for a brochure, Carl followed up with a phone call and answered some of my queries regarding owning a hot tub and provided us with some very informative videos. I expected to be put under pressure to make a purchase, but there was no pressure put on us whatsoever. And Josh has provided good after care customer service, phoning to ensure we were happy with our purchase and saying on several occasions that if we have any queries or need any help, both him and Leon from Hydropool Bristol were only a phone call away.Leon from Hydropool Bristol has been just brilliant – we cannot praise him enough. He was so helpful and knowledgeable about each hot tub that he showed us, again no pressure. Once the hot tub we chose was delivered, Leon set the hot tub up for us, then spent time to explain the chemicals and how to use them, amongst other things. He is so enthusiastic and was very patient, ensuring he did not leave us until we confirmed we felt happy with the advice he had given. He has been amazing post installation by providing support both on the phone and by visiting when we queried things it turned out we had not been entirely sure about.What I like about Hydropool as a whole is the staff are both friendly and professional and seem to work well as a team. They arranged everything right through to organising a Hi-Ab crane to lift the tub over the wall and garden shed to its final destination. The communication between Hydropool Devon and Hydropool Bristol to make our dream of owning a hot tub happen for us was very impressive. We can’t praise them enough.

What Lewis has done with this company is utterly amazing. Not only does he produce beautiful saunas, where you can see that love and care has bene put into it, he also provides support and assistance however he can. His website in an invaluable resource in the UK where is historically there hasn't been much available. Looking forward to following his journey and seeing him go from strength to strength!

Lewis is an expert in his field, and has a deeply caring and thoroughly research approach to his work. We had a consultation with Lewis in preparation for our DIY mobile sauna build and he generously shared his wealth of knowledge on everything from stove efficiency and procurement, to timber, and even the type of insulation and sealants most appropriate for high temperatures. Invaluable and highly recommended.

The sauna itself is great quality but the five stars truly go to the incredibly attentive staff who took the long early drive from Doncaster to London to install it. They arrived on time, giving regular updates on their arrival, were extremely polite and took their time to assure it was perfect before leaving.

I ordered a replacement water filter which arrived promptly and then wanted to install it.I discovered that the original installation by a private “plumber” had been done incorrectly with the wrong size of fittings.I spoke to John Thompson at New a World who was very helpful and patient and suggested an outcome which involved him sending me different fittings which were sent same day by first class post and enabled me to reinstate the filter within two minutes of opening the package.This was an example of excellent service and I would not hesitate to recommend New World Bathrooms.

You get a friendly welcome when you go in. I was delivering more test pots for Skye paint that they have added to their wide range of quality products in the shop. Will try their busy café upstairs on my next visit .

We have just purchased our second Turkish steam room from Oceanic, as we are moving & have been so delighted with our our first steam room from them, we had no hesitation in ordering an identical model for our new home. The team are very helpful & I would like to say the aftersales care I have received from Julie has been fantastic! A big thank you also to Ian, who puts together the best steam room kits I’ve seen.
