Saddlery

A good experience visiting Mill Saddlery a few weeks ago as a pre saddle fitting. Very helpful staff with lots of knowledge when it comes to knowing which saddle to suggest.

it's not the poshest saddlery you have ever been to but they always have the stuff you need . We always take our rugs for repair, washing and re-waterproofing. The service they do is fantastic and is the right money and at the minute they are having a sale with 20% off a lot of rugs and riding equipment so spent a lot more than I went into originally spend but my daughter's over the moon

Brilliant place unfortunately they didn't have in stock what we needed, but we will go back again.

Visited today for the first time in years and was so pleasantly surprised at how much there was to choose from. I'm sorry I didn't get the lady's name but she was so lovely (the reason I'm writing this review as she deserved to be acknowledged), listened to everything I needed and gave me lots to choose from, advice on what suited my current needs and actually helped me save money! Wasn't trying to push the more expensive brands at all like other local shops tend to, this I really appreciated and that alone will make me come back more frequently.Thank you so much, 5 stars from me!

David helped me fit my horse Rio who I have had numerous saddle issues with in the past. He was recommended to me by someone in the mounted police as the force employ him to fit their own horses saddles. His service was impeccable, I am very pleased with my new saddle. Sue who handled my booking on behalf of David is always lovely and very accommodating. A great saddlery who I will be recommending to anyone who asks in the future. 5 stars!

Love this place all you're needs for equestrian cats dogs chickens .fields .all at competitive prices .they also deliver .plus the staff are very helpful and friendly .

Terrible service I bought several rugs at the Dublin horss show. Despite four phone calls still no sign of them two months later

Took my online order and £69.44 payment for items they did not have in stock. After a number of phone calls they eventually refunded the money over a month later, but short of £1.76!

Love this place. Usually staff really helpful, but this time I think there was someone learning, and she didn't know anything.They do have huge stock both new and second hand.

Brilliant service and communication from Donald and Fiona. Really pleased with the fitting visit too. Very comprehensive and knowledgeable. Donald made sure both me and my horse were comfortable.
