Really can't complain about the good care my Mom has had and continues to have. Having read previous reviews I feel the need to share Mo.has been here four months amd her care is always good. she is clean safe. Well fed and loves the company.

My name is Jayne, my carers are very kind and I happy with the carers what they do it, I am disappeared sometimes but it's fine and I like debates so it's fine for me,

I am currently suffer from sle and I need help time to time, I can say that I have and continue to have a very good experience with care at your home. They are really polite, punctual and professional, they show alot of flexibility towards me specilay when I m going through rough time mentally and emotionaly which I m really grateful for. Things can be very challenging for me however the team are able to show compassion and try and support me the best they can. I want to say special thank you to the owners and of course their team they are really humble and genuine people. I recommend this service to everyone who are seeking an authentic service, you can blindly trust on them.

Lovely setting and care in House of a very high standard

Since working at Carers Elite, I have finally understood how it is to work within a fully functioning team that treats their staff fairly and makes them feel completely appreciated.One of the best things about Carers Elite is that they provide us co-workers with feedback after every shift so that we can continue our professional development and know where we need to work on our skills and this helps us to progress.Jonathon is completely professional yet friendly and you feel at complete ease. This means that you can have a great working relationship with him, which makes going to work a pleasure instead of a chore. I have always been made to feel like a valued member of the team and have always felt as though I have made a difference after finishing a shift.Through Carers Elite, I have completed much in-house training and I feel like this has helped to shape me into a competent carer with a wide range of skills. We are always given the opportunity to enhance our knowledge and undertake further qualifications.If a member of my family ever need to have care, I would not hesitate to contact Carers Elite as I truly believe that there is no better local care agency that cares as much about their clients as this.I am genuinely so proud to be a part of Carers Elite as it is about time that there is a care company with the staff involved for all of the right reasons instead of just seeing it as a job and to earn money. The staff at Beelieve HWB cared for my mum in her final months with cancer and vascular dementia. The level and quality of care was outstanding. The superior level of professionalism and the excellent standard of care provided meant, that as a family, what was a very difficult and distressing time, was very much eased knowing that my mother was in the very best of hands. The package of care was individually tailored to meet my mum’s particular needs; there was no ‘one size fits all approach’. Communication was detailed and regular. Care was proactive rather than reactive. The small team assigned to my mum took the time and effort to get to know her as a person. Truly 5 star.

Abi has been my shining light during a very challenging time in my life where both my elderly parents now require care. Abi managed to arrange care at short notice and has gone above and beyond to accommodate our circumstances and provide a personalised service. My mum (who is not afraid to voice strong opinions) tells me that she likes her carer and remembers her name and their time together, despite her cognitive difficulties. Abi and her team are patient, caring and professional and I am so glad I found them!

Avoid. Understaffed and sadly it is beyond question that interest is solely in making money, not good Care. As you say others would disagree. They have fat pensions and they are your real target. They can be treated with some concern. But woe betide those on a two for one deal or relying on the social beds. You will be moved around to accommodate preferred incomers. And medicated to ease the process as necessary. Criminal. CQC reassessment is overdue but I will keep tracking their progress...in the name of all who suffered here.
