I have coached for over 30 years, and witnessed continued issues with head injury and brain trauma. Absolutely terrible communication and the customer service department might as well be ran by toddlers as they would do a better job.

The university and the grounds are a great place to be. Unique with a sense of peace. It is a great place to come for quiet and relaxation.

I used this building from time to time as I am a UCL medical student, currently doing a BSc in Global Health. Generally a pretty good building and has a pretty decent library that can be used for studying.

If I ever get lost and cannot find my way around again, this is the place I would choose for it to happen. The reception and security staff on 3 of the buildings were absolutely brilliant and ever so helpful. Obviously I am aware that really important research and work takes place here but it all starts from a front desk!
