Regional airport

Excellent. Clean bright and cheerful, only surpassed by the excellent staff, professional, friendly, courteous. First class customer service. Through security with minimal fuss, again, professional, polite, efficient and friendly.

Excellent exhibitions, however for an International airshow there could have been more static aircraft displays to view and climb on. You could only see them from a distance as they were 'invitation only', hence 4 stars.

Excellent - this is the best airport United Kingdom- I only ever flew from here before Covid, and I am so excited that this airport is now beginning to open up. Well done easyJet put more routes on also please- other airlines, please get a move on and start flying from Southend- The staff here are wonderful everybody you coming to contact with adjusted marvelous. This is what an airport should be like - an an example to all of the other shabby airports in the United Kingdom.well done to all of the staff at Southend airport . I'm a volunteer at the Solway Aviation Museum based at Carlisle Airport a excellent place to visit if interested in vintage Aviation as we have a good display/exhibits on show also a Vulcan Bomber which was one of the 4 Vulcans on the Falklands raid, one vintage Goddess Fire Engine with 2 Carlisle Airport crash Fire Trucks so please visit
