Jenna was friendly, accommodating, and kind, and she came across as really genuine, as well as being reliable and getting in touch when she said she would. Everyone I've had contact with at Bidmead Cook has responded swiftly to any queries I've had, and the whole process has been smooth, although I'm yet to pick up the keys for the property I'll be renting! All in all, I have no complaints, and I'm very grateful to be renting my first place on my own, couldn't have done it without you Jenna.

Solid agent, can't fault them. They seem to have a dominant position in the local market (Dulwich / Herne Hill). We interacted mostly with Harry who was professional and helpful throughout the process. Communication was good and everything went smoothly.
