Absolutely incredible. Dan came in good time and did a thorough investigation to clear our drains. They were in a bad way and he went above and beyond to clear, clean and diagnose a further problem in the shared thames water pipework. A few days before Christmas my drainage system at my newly purchase houses broke down. In desperation I rang a number of companies blindly, hoping to get some sort of fix to tie me over the vacation period, Hallwell came up trumps. They sent a lorry out late in the day and advised me I would need a survey done. Over the Christmas break I did my due diligence and when the survey was carried out the MD, Edward called me and explained and advised as to my options. The new system recommended was duly commissioned and installed as soon as was possible after the Christmas shutdown. The work was completed to an exemplary standard, the engineers were, friendly, courteous, very helpful in explaining the work through the various stages. I trusted them with the keys to my house when I needed to be away. The work was completed on time, to schedule and price. Edward made several site visits, and like his colleagues could not do enough for me. On only several occasions in my life have I been prepared to unreservedly recommend a company. I needed an oil tank inspection urgently for my house sale to go through and this company pulled out all the stops to accommodate me. From reception through to the lovely guy who did the inspection I cannot praise them enough. They were excellent when they fitted the tank 10 years ago snd they are just as great today.
