Public Transport Station

Large airy station with plenty of information points, help, and assistance at the barriers. There's a handy range of shops, kiosks and cafés too. Better than most other provincial cities facilities and platform staff mind enough to let me sit in the train as soon as the cleaners exited. Couldn't see that happening in London.

The station manager and a staff member helped us with our suitcases, really appreciated!

Gate staff could be more helpful as could easily see my partner and I were struggling with three bags and a dog. Very little compassion or empathy - not a great reflection on Cross Country or Great Western Railway's passenger charter.This is not an isolated incident as regularly travel when able to visit family - hence the selected 2 star rating. This will be reviewed during each journey starting or ending at Gloucester railway station.I hear there is a plan to refurbish - and potentially move - the station as Cheltenham is better located for onward travel to London, the north east, the north west and beyond undoubtedly affecting footfall and throughput. I do hope any refurbishment or moderinsation includes staff whose attitudes are 'in need'!

Far too small for a major city, tired and old looking. Seating dirty needs replacing and floor looks permanently dirty. Not a good look for Bristol.

Staff congregating and chatting (and swearing !) up to six of them near the ticket barriers to the mainline and the station needs a taxi ran for Hackney carriage taxis and NOT just a phone for private hires.As for toilets well until they are replaced use the lifts folks !!something will soon be done about it (cover cam lens first)An embarrassment for Liverpool to international travellers !Disgusting.

Excellent options to the north and south from Sandwell & Dudley Train station. Direct trains to Birmingham International and London Euston with Virgin Trains and London Midland Trains.

Easy access regular services clean and dry

Filthy lifts infested with unconscious drunken tramps, offensive behaviour and dangerous dint alight here use the Canary Wharf station

Mediocre service tried to compliment to a young woman at the ticket barrier and as if she was to say I will tell my mummy about you so many people in service sector behave like eleven year old girls that lady did for a superior station you think you have pleasant staff but far as I know that woman was terribly like ugly and rude never say to her you got a nice smile you look like a woman at her baby's ysuneral

UpdateSaturday 15th July 2023Four 9/9a failed to show. Not once did they announce pride parade was on which was affecting Travel. Total lack of information given.As for female in information desk, advised first stop for 77 after bus station was at Kings. Totally wrong she had in fact missed Two stops before this.Staff literally do not care, exceedingly poor customer service.For only Bus Station in Glasgow City, its services are dreadful. After 17.30 no one at information desk, you are told to go onlineDesk should be manned entire tine bus station is open.What if someone required help but have no access to Internet/ do not come from GlasgowThey have closed all information points, utterly disgraceful. You need to get Customer Advisor back on floors/ information and make Glasgow proud. Bus Station is sheer embarrassment
