Total farce no sympathy shown over my husbands death and due to their negligence and failed understanding of LAW had to seek help from a solicitor and thought numerous calls due to lack of help cost nearly £50 in call charges..diabolical service

Not even get one star. I am talking with a 72 year old patient right now who was not even given a hearing for 2 years after being attacked in his own home. He lost his home and was made homeless for 2 years and the 3 day hearing was moved to a 1 hour hearing after being moved 3 times. He had no support in court and the attacker was let free. How is that justice?

The people who cover up the corruption of the PSNI and who the courts are on side with no matter what evidence, video footage and paperwork you have they refuse it then tell constant lies.Clowns that could never be proper solicitors or Barristers as the courts will always favour the scum within the PPS. Liars and nothing but another corrupt organisation that has been proved numerous times of their failings but still has the backing of the courts which is also corrupt.

Husband is convicted of highly questionable ‘assault’ for which the victim has since bitterly regretted involving the police. A case that the police ‘said’ would not go any further, but where the police refused to produce critical evidence despite four separate instructions to do so. Then there was his solicitor who FAILED miserably to challenge any significant prosecution points - of which there were so few – he ‘didn’t want to ‘upset’ the magistrate’s’ and because he was so far up the CPS’s rectum it in itself would have been a criminal offence but for the fact that the prosecution was a consenting adult. The husband was fined and given probation with an additional two restraining orders. He has since been arrested for breaching one these orders though apparently he wasn’t going to be. It was the VINDICTIVE CPS who insisted. Now the CPS consistently fails to be prepared for the hearings for this and the judge just allows it, at a cost of £ thousands a hearing. All of this despite several repeated letters from the victim asking for the orders to be rescinded so the family can normalise relations. The CPS’s response is to send the police round to the victim’s home and ‘cajole’ her into changing her mind – THIS in open court in the hearing of the judge, but god forbid that anyone else ‘cajole’ her to withdraw for they would be in front of the the very same judge and court facing prison.Seems like the courts CPS and the police can legally intimidate witnesses and victims but the perpetrator would be a criminal for doing so!That’s the CPS for you it’s got absolutely nothing to do with the truth or justice but everything to do with flogging dead horses as long as they can get money out of the accused. ALL OF THIS DESPITE BEING TOLD BY HIS SOLICITOR THAT THE PROSECUTION (ACCORDING TO THE CPS) WOULD BE OFFERING NO EVIDENCE AT HIS ORIGINAL TRIAL. FIT UP OR WHAT!

Can't even be bothered to let the victim of a racially aggravated crime know the reason the trial was cancelled (the accused failed to attend at the Intermediate Diet so a warrant was issued for his arrest). All they did was cancel the victim's witness citation without explanation. He phoned to ask what was happening and the young man who answered the phone at the PF's office refused to give any details even though the warrant was issued in a public courtroom so is public knowledge. Luckily the Sheriff Clerks were helpful. Shameful behaviour. No wonder people don't report crimes or want to attend court when they are treated with the same level of contempt shown to them by the person who abused them in the first place.

I've been waiting months for a response regarding a case. They had the cheek to write to me reagrding some false allegations but have been 'investigating' since the start of the year, 5 months of nonsense with the crown ignoring emails. Actual disgrace, ingormation listed here seems like a scam but it isn't.. Best of luck dealing with these people.
