TERRIBLE!!!! Doesn't give a single hoot about their patients. NEGLECTFUL!! Will not give my daughter her medication as the doctors cannot seem to record things correctly and refuse to put my asthmatic daughters inhalers on a repeat. If you put your child's health above their laziness and tell them my child shouldn't have to suffer because you keep making mistakes" they laugh at you and rudely hang up on you"

We can never get an appointment, reception never answer the phone.

Went so me and my wife could get forms to change doctors as our regular ones do not give us the best care so am changing

After reading an article in the Reflections magazine about the clinic I made an appointment with Anil for a home consultation for my husband who suffers with Bronchiectasis. Anil did an indepth initial interview and examination. He recommended and demonstated some breathing exercises and also emailed instructions. Anil contacted our doctor re Dave's prescription and recommended some changes. He recommended an Aerobika breathing device which has helped Dave clear his lungs. We have since had further home visits by Anil to check on Dave's progress. We can highly recommend Anil and his clinic. Anil has a great knowledge of broncial matters and a pleasant gentle manner.

My two coworkers and I found the microsuction course beneficial. The competency day was quite insightful.

Terrible service, wish you could give less than 1 star. The GPs don’t keep to appointment times. GP appointment booked for a morning. Move all work meetings to accommodate and then the GP tries to call at 3pm and 3:10pm during those moved meetings. The GP didn’t even try again after that.Given how unreliable the Old School Surgery is, I tried to go to a private GP and now need a referral but Old School Surgery GP insisting that they call me (not even seeing me face to face). Now been told I have to wait a month, in pain, before the earliest GP appointment. All Old School Surgery seems to do is block progress in your medical case and cause unnecessary prolonged pain and stress. Speaking to some of the receptionists (not all of them, I should add), it’s like they get pleasure out of it.

I completely agree with the other reviews!!! That lady with glasses she's such a rude person, not helpful at all and looking like she's giving you a favour every time you go there to get your medicine. She look and talk at you like she hate you and she cannot wait for you to leave, such a horrible worker. I have to ask the doctor to send my prescriptions elsewhere even thought that would be easier for me to go.

Both my wife and myself have always and still do enjoy excellent, quality and straightforward health care from the practice, understandably thing's were occasionally difficult during the COVID period, but otherwise excellent care.
