This is a review that I've been meaning to write for a very very very long time.I began treatment with Anne in 2017, at the tender age of 37 I finally recognised that I couldn't continue as I was and had to seek real help in addressing the effects of my trauma, I had tried for many years to 'fix myself' hoping that that would be enough but what I really needed was continuous support and specific tools to help my very worn down nervous system to reset and heal that's where Anne Cheshire came in.I could honestly write paragraph after paragraph about how much I have changed as a result of Anne's amazing skills.Six years later am I perfect? No. Do I breeze through life? No I probably never will. BUT my life is profoundly different because of Anne's help.Trauma recovery is not quick or easy, it takes an epic level of constant commitment and noone can do it for you but the right therapist will walk that path with you and help you on your way just like Anne did for me.So whether it's with Anne Cheshire or someone else make the brave decision to address the effects of your experiences because noone should have to live with trauma.

Dr Mohamed Abbas went through the PRP treatment with me, genuinely was a pleasure taking the treatment with him. Such a nice person and the staff there were lovely

I was panicking because I needed a blood test urgently for a surgery, and when I email them the response was fast and I could book for the next day. I was happy with how efficiently it worked. Blood test was done by Mr Mohamed Abbas, a very nice person who explained to me everything in a way I could understand ^^ Very grateful with them, Ill come back!
