Absolutely terrible company. Have left my son without prescriptions, promised an email to his GP and have done neither despite taking payment. My son is desperate and no one replies to calls or emails. You do, however have staff to take payments and reply to reviews on here. You treat your patients appallingly and are taking advantage of vulnerable people in our experience.

Diverse Diagnostics
I honestly can’t thank Diverse Diagnostics enough. My son was really struggling with school and general life and the 2-3 year wait for Cahms seemed impossible for him. Within a few months he was assessed and diagnosed ADHD and started medication. They really seemed to understand and the whole process was simple. He is now thriving and all our life’s are much easier. For us it was life changing.

Well I am utterly shocked and very dissatisfied with the care ( Or should I say lack of). My brother was treated appallingly to the point that even his basic needs were not met ie food and drink when he was hungry sometimes at night there was nothing available for him depriving him of his liberty eventhough he was an informal patient. He was so distressed that he tried to escape and became quite challenging. Also no communication between them and the families and they also lie about things that are important. I trusted what my brother was saying. Please be aware of these people they clearly do not care and lack empathy. People need to stand up to these and report anything that is not up to standards so that this doesn't happen to anyone else.

I was delighted to speak to Dr Hugo de Waal for help with my ADHD and ASD assessment. Hugo was highly professional from start to finish (as were his admin team supporting him); and I am left feeling very happy and confident about my assessment and treatment plans.I also love the way they post all the materials to an online hub where you can easily access them rather than digging through past emails.

Dr Tobi Fox
I have suffered from anxiety, panic disorder & depression for over two years, after many wrong diagnoses, treatments, and other psychiatrists. I Met Dr. Tobi just when I felt like throwing in the towel.Dr. Tobi has patiently followed up on me with enough empathy to make me know that he does care and wants me to get well soon. Our sessions are interactive and interesting. Dr. Tobi is an excellent listener, observer, and teacher, through our sessions, I have made tremendous progress from understanding more about anxiety and stress to being able to manage my anxiety and wandering thoughts. We identified the cause of the trauma, found a purpose and I am gradually getting my life back.I will totally, recommend Dr. Tobi to anyone suffering from any mental health-related ailment. Dr. Tobi Understands how you feel, he is very passionate and skilled at what he does. He will listen, follow up and give you the best possible guidance that will produce results in the shortest possible time.

Dr. Iqbal has been a pivotal figure in improving not just my life, but also my mom’s, through his accurate diagnosis of our ADHD. His support and expertise have significantly enhanced our quality of life. His approach is always empathetic and understanding, making each consultation a reassuring experience. We are deeply grateful for his dedication and highly recommend him to anyone seeking compassionate and effective care.

The Health Suite
Never in my life have I heard of a clinic charging £7.50 to cancel an appointment when given more than 48 hours notice via WhatsApp and email. Clearly if someone is feeling better they get penalised for it. They also take full payment out your account straight away. Most people leaving it depending. No these greedy buggers want it straight away. Bunch of scam artists

The health care assistants that work here are okay at what they do, providing the poor working conditions. Unfortunately they are let down by an unprofessional, whilst somewhat poorly trained/under qualified Human Sources and management team. Leading to a very odd atmosphere that can not be trusted.Cabinets left open with medication on display, rushed through room searches, medication being injected at the drop of a hat because there are not enough staff to handle an escalated situation. All resulting in poor treatment that gets swept under a very large carpet....
