Post Office/Courier

A company with heart, great customer service and a can do and accommodating attitude. I had an unusual request for a friend so was unable to give the usual level of detail, and called Saturday for a job that coming Monday. The number got me straight to a very friendly gentleman that was willing to go out of his way to do what was needed. It was refreshing to call and speak directly to someone knowledgeable, friendly and flexible, without waiting on hold for a call centre rep that would have struggled with my out of the box request and timescales. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!!

Booked weeks in advance for 9.30am. Was told at 9.15am that no chance of arrival before 12pm. Not helpful at such short notice, had to hire a van to move my things.Had used Carlos about three years ago, i recall he was 2 hours late then, but I naively gave him another chance. Never again!

Great team

Would highly recommend this company. All of the staff from Scott who attended our home address and gave us the initial quote to the office staff and Jason and Jordan who moved us over two days were very professional and had a ‘can do approach’. I had badly injured my back the week before the move and Jason and Jordan went above and beyond to make sure everything was in place before they finished on both days. Peter the owner visited our address during the move to make sure we were happy with everything which was a nice touch. We are due to move again during the next 12 months and will not hesitate in using Bishops Waltham Removals again.

Friendly helpful staff

Had a flat tyre and the people here were happy for me to get sorted on their forecourt. Nothing was a problem for them. 10 out of 10

Convenient that both coffee machines seem to be out of order at the exact same time that there is currently an offer on coffees for £1. Touch screen works fine and no scroll bar stating there is any issues with it(I know these machines) worse garage by far. Owners of this particular store as its a franchise are a waste of space.

I booked a removal,which the man refused to do it on the day as my lift broke the night before,the man that came into my property was rude and point blank refused to do my move! Very unprofessional and left me so upset due to his manner .I also rung the company and spoke to a lady which she wasn't helpful seemed to think her driver done nothing wrong!Still very upset over the stress of it allReally not a good company at allAnd such a rude and horrible man to come into someone else's property and make them cry due to being so unprofessionalThe man also didn't even wear a mask when entering my property!!!!!, as to your reply your driver did not wear a mask! And as for being Racist how dare you,that is so far from the truth and if you think by putting that down as your reply to gain some reactions you even more unprofessional then i thought,so i will be taking this matter futher as lieing about something like that isn't something im going to put up with! So i will be looking into matter futher so you will be hearing from the relevant people regarding your untrue commentsYou and your colleagues are a absolute joke!
