Portable toilet supplier

Really poor communication around the collection of the toilet - I did receive a phone call to say it would be collected but during this was not told about parking requirements (the lorry requires 3 spaces) which is not easy on a London street, I was not given a time or date slot or informed about the penalty fine I would incur if the process failed. Poor follow on customer experience when I called about it too.

Bridge Event Hire supplied the portable toilets for our wedding. Will was so friendly, professional, and reliable throughout. Very reasonably priced, and communication was excellent. Will also helped us with suggestions for other local suppliers. We would highly recommend him.

Could be better

Very rare these days that a company goes above and beyond, but this one certainly does! Can't thank you enough for what you've done today, returning our lost property. Highly recommend 5 Star Loos, the porta loos they supplied at Wembley Stadium were much bigger & cleaner then your average portable loo!!

Great service received from Just Loos, both prior to the event and onsite. The units are clean and well maintained and installed without any issues. Joy also went over and above to source an additional trailer unit very close to the event. Looking forward to working together again.

We hired a 2 + 1 toilet unit for our wedding. It was perfect for what we needed, clean and made pretty with finishing touches. Great communication over the years as we had to move dates several times due to Covid. Quick delivery and collection. Would use this company again.

We've had one of their loos on our Doorstep Green all summer and they have emptied and serviced it every week. They are an excellent firm and we will be using them again next year.

Brilliant service!The team at bell was very helpful from the get go. Over emails explaining what they can offer and also asking to view my current containers to make sure they would fit and see the access for lorries etcEverything was thought about right up untill the day of delivery.Then on delivery the driver arrived, nice and early. gave me a call on arrival and was very helpful during the setup of the container and steps.I tried to help where i could but i have recently had a heart op so my lifting isn't that great at the moment and nothing was an issue for him he said not to worry and thought about other ways to get the job done . Honestly a really nice guy and a quick service.The container itself is perfect especially for a refurbished one and the price was good too compared to other company's.Couldn't fault this company. great service
