Plastic fabrication company

We were last minute in trying to get a new bike box for a new bike.. Festka..before our overseas travel. The Customer Service Team was very responsive and did everything they could to get the box sent quickly. There were no promises for timing, but it all came through faster than expected, and the box was perfect. Thank you!

Bought a pack of 5 locks off them and only 1 came, They said it was an error on the website and wouldn't pay for the return shipping, ignored all my emails, I wouldn't trust or recommend this company at all

We ordered signs from Goodwin and Goodwin for our shop and there was an issue with DHL delivery. The team acted quickly to sort it out and they have been so helpful- great customer service and very friendly to work with, highly recommend!

I have used the services of this place many times as I'm unaware of anywhere else locally offering the same products. Clearly though they think they are untouchable due to this. I visited earlier today to have a second repair on a pressure hose in as many weeks. The repair was completed on the hose but cost 60% more than 2 weeks prior for the same thing. When I questioned this I was told that he had to add on more labour as his colleague had spent a few more minutes telling me a different part of my product wasn't working so the repair was actually pointless. I suggested that surely a regular customer would expect that few minutes to be classed as customer service. He said the price is what I said. When I said I would not be returning in future after my experience the counter assistant said that it was my choice and they were unlikely to go bankrupt due to me.The worst customer service I have ever encountered.Wouldn't of given any stars but could not leave review if I didnt.

I ordered and they got it ready for collection the next day. I sent my mum to collect it (bless her!) and the people in the shop were great and helped her pack it in the car.The box itself is awesome, really solid and I can't wait to go on holiday with my bike.
