Waited about 20-25 min for my pie since there was nothing out that I wanted, so I got this one fresh! Despite the name Moo and Blue"

We recently had Jo cater an event for about 125 people at the DeHavilland Aircraft Museum. We wanted to say thank you to our volunteers for all their hard work. The food Jo and his team served was the high point of the evening. Several people, myself included, went back for seconds. The food was great, the team arrived on time and cleaned up afterwards. What’s not to like?

Card was not working and the kind lady gave me 4 steak bakes to pay on Friday when I was back , we had a long day working on site till 9pm and without this kind gesture I don't think we'd have got though the dayAlso the quality of the pies, bakes and sandwiches are second to noneThanks again

My visit to Cakebox Hove was an absolute delight. The cakes were a true work of art, the flavours were heavenly, and the service was outstanding. It truly deserves its reputation as a premier cake shop. Whether you're seeking a sweet treat for yourself or looking to impress your loved ones. With great service like this I will be definitely be returning again.

Oh my! Just had a Lotus Biscoff tray bake from SVB. It’s absolutely amazing. Descent size for a family and so tasty, I’m not sure my diet will survive it but to be honest I’m sure I want it to. I’d definitely order this again in a heart beat.

First and last time here.Pies were tasteless and mash was lumpy.Only the liquor had any flavour.Overpriced too.

Poor customer service. Asked for tuna salad with everything, not to one member of staff but to both who were serving. (Young lad and woman)Went home to realise in the abysmal rain that I Got given a tuna sweetcorn without salad.I went back to the store and after already charging me 3.65 the woman then tried to charge me an additional 80p for salad. When I had corrected her mistake for the second time she looked bemused and then tried to charge me for a bag.First of all if you’re selling food please make sure the least you can do for your customers is wrap it in something waterproof, this charge should be incorporated in your high prices. Not charging extra for bags that’s a backwards policy. It shows there is little value for the customer. You don’t go to a restaurant and get charged 10p for a doggy bay and 5p for all the containers. You don’t go to a chippy and get charged for the bag so why would you charge extra for a bag which should already be included as part of your pricing.Won’t be going there again will happily go to another sandwich shop due to the poor customer experience.

Great team of people working here. They create some of the finest pies in Lincolnshire. Well worth a visit
