Halfords Autocentre Walsall
Spent over £500 here on a service and MOT, 2 tyres and 2 new brake pads. By the time I got home, one of the tyres was flat because it was fitted with a faulty valve. After a couple of months of strange sounds when braking, I took my car to another garage to check and it turns out the brake pads were fitted incorrectly too. Steer clear because I’m not sure they know as much as they let on.

National Tyres and Autocare - a Halfords company
Used National Tyres loads of times and always get decent service with cheery staff unlike a certain other large tyre place in Worthing where staff always seem miserable and you feel like you are a nuisance. Stopped using that one many years ago. Decent service again today and will always come back to National Tyres in Worthing.

A 7 hour repair takes 3 days to complete supposedly. I was told everything that was included in the repairs would take 2 days now it looks like it won't be ready within 5 days based on the new estimate provided on the 3rd day of them having the car. Be honest the first time and I would have organized around the fact that you needed the car for longed than expected. Unacceptable ✖️ Trust Ford when their dealer lies to you very difficult that.

I took my car to these guys when the check engine light came on and it was making expensive sounding noises. They told me what the issue was and whether I should be driving it or not and booked in for them to take time to fix it. I was expecting to spend a lot of money on it but they found the solution and charged only £24 for labour time. I'm very happy with the service I received and would recommend them to anyone local.

90 minutes to carry out a puncture repair to my works van is ridiculous, when I asked the lady on the desk why it wastaking so long? she checked with the lads doing the repair, and told me they had been arguing over who could use the tyre machine first Avoid using this place.
