The Workstation
We've been in The Workstation for over two years. They offer fantastic rates and the flexibility has enabled us to scale our business without moving to another building or buying any furniture. We've gone from a small team of 5 all the way up to a team of 18 with yet more room to grow still. Great community, with the coffee shop next door for informal client and staff meetings. Couldn't recommend more for other creative or technology SMEs looking for a permanent home or looking to scale.

Relatively new to the building (August 2019) but extremely positive experience to date. Great service - always willing to help whenever required.The office is very modern inside a Georgian Building. It is always very clean with all necessary amenities. There is also a really nice view from our window of Brandon Park and the Wills Memorial Building.Located just off Park Street, you have all you need during a lunch hour within walking distance.Would definitely recommend!

There seems to be no allowance for short stays that go from daytime hours to evening hours (or vise versa) - for example: 17.30 to 18.30 will cost at least £11 (possibly more)
