Natural Foods Shop

Today we went to the store near Easton, and the customer service was shocking. My partner and I waited outside as only two people were allowed in the store at a time. I went into the store when a customer left and my partner waited outside for his turn to go in. When he could come in the person at the counter told him “please let the other customer come in”. We were shocked and disgusted that the lady at the counter did not want him to enter even when she saw him waiting his turn in the line. It is absolutely not acceptable for customers to be treated this way! We refuse to support businesses like this where the staff are so rude and we immediately left. My partner is the one that shops every week at the Glouchester Rd store and was eager to go to this store. The lady at the counter today clearly does not know how to treat customers. It was very bad experience for us, and we left feeling very upset!

One of my favourite places in Brighton. I always feel amazing after eating an açai, unlimited toppings, amazing açai - great value for money and such friendly staff - shoutout to Sandro!

I have recently purchased some elegant tapers from Bee Baltic. They burn most beautifully, so cleanly and with no wax running down the candle holder!I have been burning beeswax candles for many years, and these are the best that I've ever found.The candles were promptly delivered and carefully packaged. I much appreciated that Paul took time to discuss the sourcing of the wax from Lithuanian hives. I plan to buy more products from Bee Baltic given their excellent quality.

Excellent place to pause to buy farm vegetables, craft beer, delicious chocolate and a range of other vegetarian supplies.

Love the smell in here, the lady who was serving us was very friendly and helpful. Products are reasonably priced, considering the nature of them (see what I did there (: ) will defiantly be visiting again!

Locally farmed, delicious honey. Can taste a huge difference between shop brought honey and this honey. Would recommend this to everyone.

Kind and helpful staff, amazing shop with passion about zero waste! Great products, all cupboard goods you can refill on pasta, lentils, every grain, coffee, spices, peanut butter, oat milk and toilet paper, bath bombs and cleaning supplies that don't pollute the world!

Surprisingly amazing deli in little Rothbury. Huge range of high quality produce. Excellent local cheeses. Highly recommend popping in for a few bits if you're nearby.
