I attended the one day motorcycle maintenance course in November. It exceeded my hopes of what was possible to learn in a day!Moe and the team are fantastic, not only knowledgeable but also jovial and a good laugh.I came at the course with a decent idea of what I'm doing maintenance wise already. But wanted to gain the confidence that I'm approaching things correctly. I was concerned the course being only a day, would be quite basic. But it's actually very in depth and hands on. Definitely considering taking the week long course in the spring to delve a little deeper!Can't rate the course and the team at Pass Bike highly enough.If your considering a motorcycle maintenance course, you will not be disappointed!

NorthCoast Customs have done a great job, every time I have used them. They picked the bike up and returned it for a sensible price, got the work done sooner than expected and kept the price down. Needed unexpected work done and they let me know beforehand and they repared the fault (new seals), rather than buying an entire new part. Happy with them every time they have worked on the bike.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I'm really impressed with the dedication and passion Superbike Rental has towards their customer service. They made an amazing bucket list trip possible for me. My son announced that he and 4 of his mates were coming over to visit on their bikes and also wanted to see a bit of Northern Ireland. I wondered if there was anywhere i could hire a motorbike for a couple of day's? I was recommended flyride by my boss at work. It was a last minute decision to hire a bike and didn't expect to be able to, but Tim at flyride couldn't have been more helpful. It's been a while since I last rode a bike so opted for one of his 500's. The bikes are clean and well maintained. Insurance and breakdown cover is included in the cost of the hire. I had the bike for 2 days. It never skipped a beat. Tim also has gear if anyone needs it. We did the Antrim Coast road on the first day, then down the side of Strangford lough. Across on the ferry to follow the coast to Newcastle and on to Kilkeel. Then up in to the Mournes before heading reluctantly, to take the bike back to Tim at Flyride. Thoroughly enjoyed the 2 day ride. If you don't own a bike anymore and miss that thrill you get from riding one. Give this man a call. You won't regret it. I couldn't recommend flyride highly enough. Thank you Tim for 2 very enjoyable and memorable days riding with my son and his friends.

They always do a great job even if there are tight time constraints

Worst experience ever. From the day i bought the bike till the last. This was my worst experience. The staff there had no knowledge of anything neither were helpful especially the lady at the counter and they ripped me off. I lost over £1600 throughout the course of the financing. They had explained nothing at all. All they ever would contact me for was money every week and i paid regularly. It took over 10 months to get rid of them and buy the bike. It was the most difficult and awful experience i had ever gone through and i would never pay a single penny to ever go to omega bikes again. Its ruined my passion for bikes. The staff made it worse. Please hire knowledgable, helpful staff who explain the process and help you through the insurance and finance before luring customers into fraud especially the lady monica and the bulky tall man Stay away from them.

Hello,I have been a long-term user of Mute's subscription service and would like to share my experiences.+Upon joining Mute, they covered my CBT test fee by providing it as a motorcycle usage credit.Upgrading motorcycles is straightforward; you can swiftly trade in the old for the new.Any issues with the motorcycle are resolved promptly.They are proactive in resolving all sorts of issues, even involving their CEO when necessary.They even assist with matters outside the subscription, offering life-related advice.-Absence of a community forum.Dissatisfaction with the finance team's operations.Inefficiencies in document and penalty (parking etc.) tracking.Communication is solely via WhatsApp.Written and signed agreements are missing, leading to loss of information.Lack of a mobile application.While Mute earns praise for their valuable motorcycle projects, they can certainly enhance their service quality by reinforcing their corporate structure and processes. It's baffling to me that, given the expertise of the management team, they haven't transitioned from a personal to a more reliable corporate communication, or guided their company in that direction. Although I admire their ideas and projects, there were unfortunately many shortcomings in my experience.
