Beware of them scamming you! My car had a punctured tyre and we asked the person to know if they can check it out and repair the puncture. They came back to me with a quote of £623.13 and said they wont be able to fix the puncture as its deemed unrepairable and too dangerous. They said both back 2 tyres and 1 front where at 2mm thread and required to be replaced. Shocking as one of the back tyre’s was replaced not too long ago (December). I was in disbelief and brought a tyre thread checker from amazon and it turns out they where lying. Back tyres measured at 2.6mm, 3.6mm (the one replaced in December) and front was 3.5mm. Moral of the story DON’T TRUST WHAT THEY SAY BLINDLY! Make sure you check elsewhere for a second opinion.

Daughters car failed MOT. Athena got the work done within 10 days for free re test. The cost was very reasonable. Highley recommend this garage.

Top tier service - from how easy it was to book via their website, to arriving for my wheel alignment and did extra checks on things I mentioned on the day. Plus there’s plenty of parking spaces at its forecourt so you don’t feel like you’re in the way, unlike some other garages. Definitely will be my go-to garage as it’s so close to home as well. From the minute I booked my car in for a MOT and service to picking up my car at the end of the day. Absolutely SHOCKING service. Few minor scratches on my car which needed doing. Was quoted one week turn around time. However two weeks later I phone for an update and was told they don’t know anything it will be another week. Phoned the following week and they said it would be another week. Only after ringing so many times they rushed through my job... received the car back with paint drips etc. Terrible service. Should of updated me with progress along the way. I had to keep doing the chasing. All round horrible experience. Went to pick up the car to save them dropping it back to me and the receptionist was extremely stroppy telling me I couldn’t just turn up and collect it. I had in fact phoned earlier to say I would be collecting the car in an hour. What a joke.

I recently broken down and RAC took me to this garage, cost me a fortune to get a new clutch and took 4 days longer than they told me it would. Having not being from the area we got 10 minutes away to collecting and got a call to be told it wouldn't be ready that day and had to go all the way home. When I did eventually collect it I had trouble getting into reverse leaving the car park so went and told them and the mechanic came out and said it was fine it's just cause its new and needs breaking in as such and then appeared to be working so a week later and it still really isn't right and not going into gear properly and kicking it out of gear. My nearest Mr clutch garage is 45 minutes away and I hope that when I call them tomorrow I can get it sorted although will be out of pocket again Having to to travel to get there.
