They can more or less get you any kind of mobility product to help with disability but they can be expensive.

I booked a hire mobility scooter back in March for a few days in May when I was to be in the area for a short holiday.When I arrived at Assured Mobility at 1545 I was told that no such booking hasd been made. On checking their diary, it turned out that the booking had been made but had been deleted.The main concern of the assistant in the shop was that she would be closing at 1600.Assured mobility were quite prepared to ruin my holiday, and if it had not been for the helpfulness from elsewhere I would have not been able to get around at all.I think that this company should reconsider their name as it seems to me to be extremely misleading … Maybe Unassured Mobility" or "Assured Immobility""

Simply awful. Shop manager rude and disrespectful to disabled man, completely inappropriate behaviour. Why work in providing mobility aids if you have a contempt for people with disabilities? Just don't go there.

My husband went to this shop to purchase a fully adjustable bath board. He took a drawing of the bath with full measurements. They only had one and he was told it was fully adjustable along the length of the board. However once sold it would be non returnable for health and hygiene reasons. On arriving home he discovered that the board was not fully adjustable and would therefore not fit the bath. I phoned the shop and spoke to the sales person who denied telling my husband that it was fully adjustable. My husband is a design engineer so his measurements were accurate. He also is not a liar. We could have purchased one online with a full description of adjustable, but we like to support local shops but on this occasion we were let down.

Absolutely fantastic. Service is skilled, patient and thorough.Totally recommend Jason at Chesterfield. He explained everything without rushing or pushing. The scooter is everything we wanted. Very very satisfied.

Mark has serviced and fixed my wheelchair on multiple occasions. He always replies quickly, does an incredibly thorough job. He charges far less than other companies while providing a completely superior service. I wouldn’t go to anyone else to service/mend my chair. Highly recommend.
