We had a very positive experience.After not needing much convincing from my friend, we decided to buy a Mercedes from the approved dealer in Shrewsbury.Our journey led us to meet Nick Parr, who proved to be exceptionally professional and polite in his approach. He walked us through all the available options, patiently answering all our questions without rushing throughout the entire process.We were consistently kept up to date with every step, and the whole experience went remarkably smooth and surprisingly quick.All in all, we felt an overwhelming sense of welcome throughout our time at the dealership.p.s. Both the interior and exterior of our new (4 year old car) is in immaculate condition.

Very poor experience with a company I went to because of their reputation of being professional !I had my VW Sirocco to have it diagnosed and repaired properly. The car was dropped to Leeford, at this time I knew the car had an oil leak and a misfire from looking at my driveway and seeing the oil patches and when driving I could feel the misfire.Leeford had a quick look at it told me what I knew already then charged me £122.00 for the privilege and said I'd have to rebook the car for two weeks time to have it diagnosed"! That's why I took it there in the first place.They seemed very reluctant to take on the job of actually repairing the car but then why would you when you can simply charge customers to tell them what they already know."

One of the best garage so far in London , they always look after my BMW M4, recently did timing much much cheaper then dealers, and best job so far, Thank you German Motor Mechanics for looking after my car, great job will definitely recommend friends and family.

booked my Sprinter in for a service and MOT arrived just after 9 and told it would be ready around 1 and 2 by the lady on reception arrived back at 1.30 it was in the same place I parked it and hadn't been touched was told it would be a min of 2 hours work if they started now what a complete and uter waste of my time and fuel - one really unhappy customer

From start to finish it was an absolute please to purchase my car from this dealership. I travelled from Bristol and it was worth every mile driven. David Mackwell was a delight to deal with. He was kind and very professional, nothing was too much trouble. Easily the most positive experience I have ever had while purchasing a car. David is an asset for the company to be proud of.

Brilliant service and amazing cars at Calder Motor Co.Recently purchased my car from Calder Motor Co and I couldn't have asked for better service, I had been looking for a few weeks and was even down to Manchester looking but what I was seeing wasn't in good condition. Then I came across an audi in calder, so I put a deposit on it ( refundable) if I didn't like it. Seen him and knew he was my new car to be. They even stayed open late one night for me to see it. Even my partner said I done well finding it.Dee and his staff were brilliant and I would definitely purchase another car from them in the future. Ps I have my private plate on him and he looks amazing thank you all so much. For making what can be a stressful time enjoyable.

Very dissatisfied, took our truck in 6th jan for a pto and gear selection fault they diagnosed the fault and quoted for the repair, we are now at the18th of jan and they still haven’t sorted it. Been ringing every day and getting told it will be ready tomorrow then ring again next day to be told it still isn’t ready.wasted over an hour on hold today just trying to speak to them and still no further. They don’t seem to realise that our entire business is at standstill without the lorry. If we had known it was going to be away for two weeks we could have made alternative arrangements and what is even more infuriating is that while you’re sat there on hold with the phone to your ear all you get is a recording telling you how quickly northside deal with breakdowns. Very poor service

I went to this place to get my van sorted out . On the telephone consultation it would coast 900£ that included everything, after couple of hours called me back saying that would cost 400£ because there’s more jobs needed to be completed on this van.At the end of the job that had been completed the light of the airbag didn’t turn off . As I mentioned to them to fix this problem . They have completely don’t a different task which wasn’t mentioned during the conversation. They just wanted to over price the you their customer service was terrible. I hope who ever is in charge orManager of this place sort out there customer service system .

My Sprinter van was due a recall for the airbag. The appointment was booked easily and the work carried out whilst I waited. It was even completed as I finished my free cup of coffee.As I expect to shortly sell the van, it's unlikely that I will be using them again though.

Welcoming and attentive showroom. Having owned different Mercedes over the last 30 years I would say this is the best main dealership I have dealt with so far, highly recommended.
