Live music bar

Sadly we didn't have a good experience at this restaurant which is a shame as we've previously really enjoyed The Botanist in other cities.Firstly the service was pretty slow and it even took probably 20 minutes to get drinks (just soda) that we had to ask for multiple times.Secondly, my husband's food was undercooked (lamb hanging kebab). They did bring a replacement when asked but the second was also a little undercooked and they didn't really check back on us to make sure it was ok.Thirdly, the cookie dough I ordered was more like a cake and so I barely had any of it as it wasn't at all what I was expecting.Lastly, the women's bathrooms really needed looking after, two of the stalls were out of order, a further didn't lock and then in the one I was able to use, the toilet wasn't secured to the floor.

Unfortunately, not what it used to be according to friends who've lived in Andover longer. Took our friend who came to visit us, last 45 minutes at max then went back home. No vibe or atmosphere and feels like a sense of favouritism from staff to other customers.

Superb venue... Have a fantastic night everytime I have been here for the kinetic reunion nights. Staff work their socks off and provide an excellent friendly service... Obviously know the history of Jollees in Longton.. Curious to know why the name and similar logo was used here? Is there any connection?

Lovely and warm inside when you come in. Got amenities like fruit machines, pool table and TVs. Didnt have many beers on draught when i went and the lager was a bit pricey hence losing a star.

Pleasant atmosphere. Good sports coverage. Great beer

Service was brilliant - we came for the bottomless brunch and really enjoyed ourselves. The music, food, drinks and atmosphere was just what you need on a Saturday afternoon!

Lovely to have The White Heart open once again. We had standard and might burgers, these are definitely one of the better burgers in the area. The service was prompt and attentive. All the best to the new owners!

Good food. Decent cocktails and a sultry, dim-lit bar/restaurant ambience. We arrived around six, and it was reasonable quiet. The place was full within an hour. I'd definitely recommend.
