Even though my issue has now been resolved, I feel its only fair to honestly review my experience with this company.In October I went into United Carpets in Batley as it is close to where I live, to look into purchasing a carpet for my stairs. I was greeted" by 2 quite unfriendly guys who visibly did not want to be there

Great service from start to finish!. Lovely welcome , all smiles. No hassle just a great price. Bradley was fantastic and I'm very happy. Stairs/landings fitted perfectly and I look forward to my next carpet from them. Would I recommend? ...100%Yes!.Thank you again,Lisa.

This company is only interested in taking your money. They are unreachable, their automated email states ‘all emails responded to within 48 hours’, I emailed them on 20 Jan!Absolutely the worst customer service. My complained about the carpet I purchased and my complaint was ‘rejected’. When I purchased my carpets I was given no aftercare. £987 down the drain. I was even told on the phone by a store assistant that they ‘were not allowed to speak to me’ and that the regional manager would contact me. That was last year….I would not recommend this company to anyone. Zero stars.Go to Melton Castle Carpets across the road, I purchased my bathroom floor from there and they provided a very helpful, efficient and reliable service. That’s all you can ask!!

Really happy with our carpets, the staff were really helpful and the fitters were really polite. All around great customer experience.

Excellent service. Phil spent ages helping us to find the right carpet and the colour we wanted.Nothing was too much trouble and he made good suggestions.Richard cut and laid the carpets including the stairs. The stairs are concrete and had stair rods so bot easy but all edges of carpet were bound and rods put back in place.Absolutely first class service, job and price. Can't recommend highly enough. Brilliant

Plenty of choice, got a roll end that was perfect for the bedroom at a reasonable price.
