Terrible customer service , haven't got the stock they advertised and take payment for and when you speak to there office they just hang up on you rather than discuss the problem , have spent thousands there before hand but won't spend a penny there any more and highly recommend others don't as quality and advertised sizes don't match , one of the last hides was 40% smaller than described with a 900mm cut/slash in it , loads of waste

REALLY amazing place. Dee was my initial point of contact on Facebook and was ever so helpful and answered all my questions so quickly before my visit to the Northampton warehouse. The website suggests 2 hours on a visit but I think I was easily there for 3 hours but the staff were extremely kind helping me look at all the leather I wanted to, even the big rolls on the top shelf!Jon in particular was amazing offering some great advice on choosing the right leather and was extremely patient when my pile of purchases got higher and higher.The nappa selection is just incredible - every colour and cuts like butter.I found myself buying leather I had no clue what to do with but it was so beautiful I had to have it.As a newbie to leather I wanted to take the opportunity to choose some real bargains and the sale shelves did not disappoint.GH leathers is a wonderful company, with lovely, kind and helpful staff and a really great selection - all their leather are by products too :) just AMAZING....realise I am over gushing but cannot recommend this place enough and cannot wait to come back!

I absolutely love Sage Brown in Cambridge. The shop is beautiful, full of sumptious bags wallets. It has such a classy feel. All the staff are well informed and take obvious delight in their merchandise as much as the customer does. I would reccommend this shop highly to anyone wanting to buy something classic and special. Just discovered this business and have to say I absolutely love my new bag. It isn’t the colour I imagined but leather is a natural product. It looks well made and hopefully will serve me for many years. Was a gift to myself from this company, I will be ‘encouraging’ my family to buy me more! I have my eye on a few items!!! Bought a full grain leather card holder a few years ago from Ryan London. The quality of the material is extremely good. So is the workmanship. Definitely recommend them!

Put in an order - went to processing and stayed there. No response to emails asking for an update and no one picks up the phone. Very odd that the business is supposed to be in Essex but the telephone number is a Birmingham...Avoid
