Great staff, clean atmosphere, professional service and even better prices! Manager is a most amiable gentleman. Prompt reminder texts for pick up are helpful also. Cannot recommend this place enough, a one stop shop for everything garment related.

Tony cleaned my carpets throughout the house a fortnight ago. I was actually going to replace the carpets as I thought that they were a bit of a lost cause - I have a large dog. I honestly couldn't believe the results. Tony took pains over the cleaning and it all truly looks like new, even the pile looks like new carpeting. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services - before you decide to renew then try this firm. He was pleasant, courteous and on time, all an added bonus making a great all round service. North Star cleaning was assigned to resolve a burn mark on our carpet following the installation of a new fireplace. We were desperate to have this fixed as the burn mark was located in the middle of our living room space which had recently been decorated. Previous to North Star's visit, the burn mark remained even after the carpet was professionally cleaned. As a result, we were not optimistic of a resolution. However, it took North Star just an hour of delicate craftsmanship on our carpet floor to make the burn mark disappear. Gary from North Star was polite, helpful and friendly throughout our communications leading up to and during the visit. I would not hesitate to use North Star again in the near future and would highly recommend them. The before and after photos speak for themselves. Thanks again, Gary and North Star. Amazing job!

Really happy with the results. We've had our sofa for four years and had numerous dogs on it in that time. Phil removed hair, a few stains and the sofa now smells amazing. Really friendly guy, excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend.

This was such a smooth operation! They arrived and in a short time had cleaned - and dried - our large lounge/diner carpet. No need to have fan heaters on or windows open. They even got rid of one stain which previous companies had declared untreatable. Thank you!
