Telephoned as l needed a pip form renewal help. I'm disabled with issues with my hands and writing. I spoke to a lady who said some one would contact me. After l waited over 1 week after the time given ie next 24/48 hrs l called bk left a message waited. Called again left a message, waited after 5 times l gave up! My call messages were ignored and to date l never got a response. As pip forms are limited to time this caused me a lot of stress! Disgusting way to treat a disabled person in need. Don't say you're going to help then refuse to do so with out advising!

bad experience: 1 they think insulation of walls after mould is an improvement not a disrepair. 2 they did not follow with council and let them not respond. council doesn't respond to solicitors anymore. 3 downgraded the merits of the disrepair claim to leave out wall insulation. 4 possibly bad surveyor. 5 my flat was half insulated so it makes no sense to me. 6 bullied me he is an officer of the court." when I was not happy."
