Bought a small autoclave from this company 2 years ago. Since then it's done just 15 cycles and has stopped working. I contacted customer service to see about getting it fixed and was told that unless I pay £400 for a service contract that they wouldn't be able to help I was also told that I would also have to pay for any parts that may be needed. So assuming it's a faulty circuit board or worse it would cost me £600 - £700 to fix a machine that only cost £1100 when new.I questioned how it can break down after only 15 cycles and was told that I am probably under using it. absolutely shocking customer service.

This week we had our redundant (but mostly still in working order) lab equipment picked up by Used Lab Machines. They were really easy to work with from start to finish.
