Just received excellent service from Paul, Andrew and the staff at Gareth Hughes Motors. My daughters car had a small electrical issue and we called without an appointment to book the car in for repair. We as usual received a warm welcome and Paul asked for the keys to our daughters car. By the time we had finished our tea and coffee the car was repaired. Many thanks for the excellent service.

From sales with Paul to servicing with Simon I can not fault them as a company. Brought a second hand Izuzu Dmax from Paul who was really helpful in arranging everything. Then when I took it back for a service again nothing was to much trouble. On picking up my truck Simon and I noticed a slight issue and he quickly had a mechanic dealing with it and keeping me informed every 15 minutes until issue was resolved. Can not recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic service from Duncan and others. No pressure just helpful comments to consider that allowed to make the right decision for us. Picking up the freshly serviced, valleted car with new MOT was an absolute pleasure. Thank you

I saw a car online but being 6 hours away and restrictions still in place I was not sure if it was practical.I spoke with Gabriella who was incredibly helpful, answered all my queries and even provided some extra photos I asked for.The car was very fairly priced and Gabriella was able to get me a competitive price for the car to be transported nearer to me so I could collect.With the 12 month AA Warranty it gave me the confidence to buy the car.I collected the car yesterday and I am thrilled with it, the car is as expected.I would definitely recommend buying a car from t.i.m even with the current restrictions they were able to adapt and provide a great service. I chose this company when I decided to upgrade my Isuzu rodeo for a Dmax. The vehicle I bought was exactly as described. Fully prepared, serviced and valeted, as I was travelling a distance the salesman also filled the pickup with fuel ⛽ for me.
