Phoned Saturday enquiring about a service wash for collection today. The young lady was very polite and friendly when I dropped off my washing. On collection today same young lady was there...I got everything home and thought I had the tidious task of folding and pairing up the socks...it was all done already. Thank you xxx

I live in Saffron Walden and found this company online when thinking about a new gate. I contacted them and along came a pleasant young man who discussed my ideas with me. He then went away and came up with some designs. After numerous changes and suggestions, we arrived at a final design. The gate was then forged and photos sent to at intermittent stages of its manufacture. In time, first gate posts then the new gate arrived and were put up. Less than a hour later than the first passers-by were standing gazing at our gate in wholesome admiration.I recommend these fellows at Helions Forge highly. At every stage of the process, they were helpful, obliging and flexible, but most importantly they proved themselves to be outstanding artisan craftsmen.
