Internet service provider

My wifi wasn’t working for multiple days, tried turning it off and on again, tried plugging it back in and nothing was working. Got in touch with a young man named Herbie helped fix my wifi very quickly and efficiently. Kind of embarrassed I didn’t try anything he recommended me to do. Always great support from BDR.

Cloud10 are literally 10 steps ahead of any pother IT business I have ever come across. The team are genuinely helpful, go above and beyond to meet whatever business needs you may have. I have worked alongside Cloud10 for the last 10 years and they have always been and continue to be the best in the business. Such lovely, professional individuals. They can fix or create anything you ask them to. Fantastic business with brilliant individuals within it.

I am writing this review as I can honestly say the service received from George and his team has been amazing.When searching for a VOIP solution for my business I contacted many providers however no one wanted to truly understand my business and requirements the way George did.He carefully listened to my requirements and offered a fantastic solution at an affordable cost.Furthermore if I ever require technical assistance George is always just a phone call away.Be it during work hours or outside core hours George values me as a customer and I would highly recommenend him and his company.

Internets down weekly. We're a business which relies on internet. No use in fixing and certainly no rush either. I've give 1 star... id give less if I could.

I haven't used the phone shop for buying a phone but have been with people that have and the staff are very polite and have a good knolage of the products.

Briskona have supplied my broadband for over a year now. I have no complaints and feel I pay a very competitive rate for the service I receive. Any issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently and it's nice to speak with friendly staff. You really feel you are getting a better deal overall rather than going to one of the huge companies.

I have worked with Tel Group for several years now over a range of projects, including Connect the Classroom. I cannot fault the service provided. They are professional and knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble. They understand the context of my school and adjust their working procedures accordingly.

Useless. Never any connection. They'll take your £90 per month quick enough but then wont trouble themselves to give you a connection. Rotten and corrupt.
