Indian sizzler restaurant

This is by far the best Indian locally. Mo always talks to us and adapts the menu for my vegan diet. Coming highly recommended

Have been using this place for take-away for my weekly fix of Indian food. Delicious food that has authentic, rich depth of flavour. There are other places I've tried locally but tended to be rather generic and unimpressive flavour wise (even when going by reviews as some people prefer that.) Happy to have found this place. Also the restaurant itself has a nice, lit ambience, nostalgic and comfortable. 5*****

Ordered via Deliveroo. Used to order from Sizzlers in Streatham years ago and also when they first opened in Norbury. Food was great back then. Ordered again today for the first time in a while and the standards have dropped significantly. Spent £40 for dry, bland food (lamb doner, mixed chicken lovers and nuggets). The food tasted old, even the chips! Really disappointed and hope they pick their standards back up. Until then, I don't think I'll be ordering from them again.

I have no idea why this is rated 4.4. This has probably been the best and most authentic Indian food I have ever had in England, From brick lane to Brighton I have been constantly disappointed. All these new and high rated Indian places to eat are just not that great. I have been to India many times and this by far is the best.The chef was Rahul and it’s located in kemp town, it was fresh, very tasty and authentic! Will be going back regularly! Just wish I found it earlier!

Excellent food I can't fault it and the portions are huge. Service is a tad slow and difficult at times with communication but the staff were friendly. Parking is difficult and it is too loud in there you can't hear people when talking

Totally exceptional. Lalbagh has clearly considered every facet of the restaurant experience and makes an effort to deliver the very best.We were incredibly impressed with the attention that was given to each dish, from the very top with the starters that had a certain amount of drama to them,to the desserts that were quite fun. The mains were well portioned, well seasoned and obviously skillfully envisioned.The staff were courteous and warm, and the little (free!) touches such as the hand wipes, orange slices and evening chocolate tipped the scale to make the dining experience really quite luxurious.My final thought is that contrary to my expectations in Cambridgeshire, this experience was really well priced.

lovely place, staff are polite and fast, was a bit cold and quiet when i went on a weekday evening, probably more atmosphere on a weekend. Food was nice, not the best not the worst but was hot and there is a large selection

Nice place for Indian Food, Samosa chaat was yummy, though Pav Bhaji was good but not up to the mark for us

Stupid immature customer service. When you place orders online they don't have a clue about it and simply say you need to speak to the uber drivers directly. No sort of respect for the customer and a stinking attitude.
